Disabling combine all PDFs into a single file

Our team is actively working through all submitted Ideas, and while there’s no update to share just yet on this one, we’ll follow up if there’s a status change. Thanks for your patience and input.

In the meantime, you can turn off “Attach documents to completion email” in your signing settings (Admin tab > Signing Settings). Set Up Completion Emails. It will prevent the document from being attached to the completion email notification. You can then manually provide your users with copies of the completed envelope internally.

Thank you for the provided input, this I considered, but it does not solve my main issue/use case.

Where this issue mostly raised was when the attachment would have been too large and the user needed to use the link to the DocuSign envelope. There then they did not carefully read the different options and just selected the one where all documents are combined into one.
