Date Signed Format Change for One, but Not All

We know it is possible to change the date format in Admin Signing Settings from M/DD/YYYY to DD-MMM-YYYY site-wide and Regional Settings only affect date formatting while an individual navigates DocuSign. We have cases where we would like to change the envelope’s Date Signed field format to DD-MMM-YYYY without impacting the default format for other templates and envelopes.

• Idea #1 - Add the date formatting drop-down list seen in the Admin Signing Settings to the Date Signed field’s Formatting options alongside font, color and size that a sender or template creator can choose.
• Idea #2 - Allow Validation rules when Date Signed field type is selected on a document custom field. The option exists for Text field types, but is removed when Date Signed is selected.
