Create a scheduled report to identify active users and license type

We would like the ability to schedule a report to automatically be delivered to our contract team to determine the active user count by license count.  This will streamline the contract audit and renewal process with DocuSign.  We are aware we can do this manually via the user export but that is tedious.  

Also, when I run the bulk export of users, the total of Full licensed users does not match the count that shows on the user administration page.
