The recommended enhancement to the DocuSign workflow is the ability to enable or disable Certificates of Completion at the individual envelope level. Currently, this setting can only be managed at the account level, making it difficult to accommodate the varying requirements of customers and external parties. Regulatory, legal, and business requirements often differ by country, state, or organization, and a global account-level setting lacks the flexibility needed to support these unique needs. Allowing Certificates of Completion to be configured on a per-envelope basis would provide greater control, improve compliance with regional requirements, and enhance the overall user experience.
