I was recently working on an esig template, litterally 2.5 hours in, and received a call. Once the call was completed I noticed I had been logged out of Docusign.
I went back into the template and found all of my work had been lost. The only clear way to save a template is to save and exit, thoough I did find a save shortcut key code. The shortcut keycode does not seem to provide any feedback to show that it works so I am now regularly saving and closing the template and then re-entering the template to continue work.
Asks:
- Auto-save templates during work (basic functionality on every other document editor, cloud form platform...)
- When using the command-S shortcut to save, please add some indicator that the document is/was saved.
