Automatically populate the recipient's WhatsApp number when sending an envelope.

Currently, when sending an envelope using WhatsApp delivery, DocuSign does not automatically populate the recipient's phone number from the saved contact information. Even when the recipient's phone number is already stored in the DocuSign address book, users must manually enter the number every time an envelope is sent. Automatically populating the phone number from the saved contact record would save time, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of data-entry errors.
