Allowing more Management settings in Templates

As of know you can only disable the setting to edit the Subject line, private message and email all together in share template settings. I would think that it is beneficial so separate those options for in my case I just want to lock the subject line.

The same would go for editing recipients, I would like to leave a Cc locked at the end of the signing and the shared user would still be able to add or edit who the envelope would go to.
