Allow setting time and time zone when sending reminders

We are limited to setting a reminder schedule by ‘Days’ and not ‘Time’ or ‘Time zone.’ Both missing options would greatly improve our recipients’ experience, as reminders are currently sent at midnight. We are receiving reports from our recipients about these out-of-work-hours emails, and they are concerned.
