When using the NetDocuments and DocuSign integration, users cannot add or replace documents once an envelope has been created. If one extra document is required, users must discard the envelope and recreate the entire signing pack, which is time consuming for envelopes with 20+ documents.
Discarded envelopes can also leave documents checked out in NetDocuments with a DocuSign timestamp, requiring administrator intervention.
Please add functionality to allow users to add, replace, or remove NetDocuments documents in an existing DocuSign envelope where the envelope status allows editing/correction, and improve checkout release handling when an envelope is discarded or voided.
