Currently we have set up a Workflow, and this workflow sends an envelope using the creator as it’s sender. This means with ID Verification and Liveness, only the envelope sender can access or download the Liveness Selfie video. If you have multiple people who will be verifying the documents that come in, having only one person be able to access that piece is hindering. There should be a way to configure Admins or Other Users to be able to View Details based off of the workflow or template used sending an envelope. Since the workflow is accessed from a link, it is not being specifically sent by one user like a traditional envelope.
