Came her to emphatically argue that whether or not AI functionality is enabled should be an account-level setting, NOT (as it is now) a user-level setting.
In our case, we absolutely need the AI functionality off in order to use DocuSign, and it is a hassle to make sure each user switches it off. Especially since we have SSO and anyone can basically create an account.
That’s all. I really really really hope the product teams sees this, understands, and fixes it.
