Docusign error messages can be very confusing for ordinary users (not professional developers). It would be helpful to be able to use a Docusign diagnostic AI to identify exactly where the issue is occurring when you get a “generic” error message.
For example, this message tells me something is wrong but it doesn’t tell me exactly what fields are resulting in the error, which makes correcting the issue a very challenging process.
I went through and made sure all the fields were used the same locale indicator(s) and the issue still occurs and I don’t know why.
