Agreement Desk/Requests is more or less useless for us unless you support multiple files in each attachment box. I can’t believe that we are limited to single file upload in 2026.
I.e. would be great if you ensured that a requester can attach multiple documents to a request.

I agree with this request wholeheartedly. This is a serious detractor for the user when submitting a request and is going to be a hard sell to our internal users who, in our current platform (pre-IAM AD), can drag/drop files and emails into a single upload box.
Docusign needs to fix this issue if they want this product to be adopted and embraced as a key solution for their customers. This might have been a deal breaker for us had we seen this in a demo/sandbox environment, which we were not allowed access to until we formally purchased the product. We would have waited until some of these bugs or lacking features were standard out of the box.
