Suggested Feature: User Profile and Preference Portability Across Regional Accounts
There are scenarios where users need to transition from one regional DocuSign account to another—such as when a company expands operations to a new country. While this may not be a major issue for individual users, it becomes significantly more complex and time-consuming when migrating large groups of users.
Providing administrators with the ability to manage, download, and upload user profiles and preferences would greatly streamline this process. This feature would ensure a smoother transition, reduce support overhead, and enhance the overall user experience during regional account migrations.
