Shouldn’t the User Status filter (Active, Pending, Closed) be an option in the Reporting -”DocuSign Users Report“?
Like many others here, I manage the DocuSign users for a fairly sizable group (~4000 employees) and am trying to simplify the access management process when users stay in pending status or leave. The ability to output the scheduled ”DocuSign Users Report“ could make that easier if we could filter by all user statuses.
When comparing the user’s list under Admin panel, users can be filtered by “status” (Active, Pending, Closed)
For example, you might see a total of 500 users listed, with 350 Active, 50 closed & 100 Pending, but only see the 400 Active/closed in the ”DocuSign Users Report“ under Reporting.
However, under Reporting, ”DocuSign Users Report“ only allows filtering on either specific users, user groups or Any user (status is not an available filter option). This is the only User report that can be scheduled and it excludes Pending Users without the option to include them, giving a erroneous actual list of users when trying to manage access.
