Ability to export task groups in reports

we frequently get requests from management and our audit team to review who is in each task group in CLM. There is currently no way for us as admins to pull reports of that and send it as an export for review.

We have implemented a DoA also using numbers so depending the value of the contract other internal people need to sign off. This is just a csv file in Docusign so I can download the values. However, not having any option the download the task group is something that is dearly missed. I do think that Docusign needs to give us a standard report to export the task groups including the users therein. Is there another way to get to this ‘report’? For now I have not found the option to create it myself.

At a minimum an additional column in the standard CLM Users report would be welcome, right?

@damian, that would also be an option to show all task groups in the CLM User report. The only drawback is that this report would not show the task groups without any members. So I would like both options.

Please! This would be a HUGE time saver for administrators. Task groups are used for workflows and agreement approvals. Other suggested options (ie security groups) do not work.

Is there any news to be shared on this? Reports related to the Task Groups are dearly needed. It should not be that hard to create. Either allow us to create these reports or our own...or provide them as default reports. Either way is fine.

Still waiting to hear back form Docusign. Can you please let us know if this ‘feature’ will make it into Docusign? It’s a relative simple request that could/should be handled with a little bit more priority as it has now

It’s very quiet on this...it would make the tool far more manageable if this report would be available. Is there any to add on this from Docusign side?

Is there any update on this? I’ve found this DocuSign community portal to be incredibly frustrating. There’s no update from the company on where this idea currently stands. It’s been 7 months and I have no idea if this has even been acknowledged by DocuSign. 

It seems like we submit these ideas and then never hear anything back.

@bbrusca, I have regular contact with Docusign representatives and have made it very clear that this is taking far too long. It’s a report they can create in 5 minutes. The representative promissed to take this up again with the development team. If they can’t do this...they should enable us with a better reporting tool so we can do this ourselves. I guess that is an even bigger issue...
