Ability to choose the time of day reminders are sent

It could be great to have full control over the time of day that reminders arrive at the recipient’s end. But in lieu of a fully fleshed out feature like that, even changing the hard-coded middle of the night time to noon or 1PM would solve the problem for me. Overnight emails frustrate our clients. That’s not the impression we want them to have about our team or about docusign.

I’m the Docusign ORG Admin for an Enterprise Bank in AU. Currently we are in the process of migrating eSignature solutions from a competitor OneSpan Sign to Docusign and we are being challenged by Business stakeholder on this behaviour - timings of 1) Reminder 2) Expiration Reminders 3) Expiration notifications. All 3 of these are critical to business stakeholders honouring customer experience, and the other eSignature solution provider (OneSpan) offers this feature.

This is creating a lot of friction in expanding Docusign business in the bank, and we are requesting that this feature be rolled out ASAP.
