Ability to apply configuration specific file size limits

We have an integration that has a file size limit that is lower than Docusign’s. We are encountering issues when some users upload documents to Docusign envelopes that are under Docusign’s limit, but higher than the limit of our integration. We would like to have the ability to set a custom size limit under Docusign’s native 25 mb on a configuration level to prevent these files being included
