Ability to add custom document types when party management is enabled

Currently, the only option w/in DSCLM for managing Document Types is to set an ‘Alternate Name’ for the pre-configured document types provided.  While, this is nice...it would be better to be able to create custom document types as well.

The value add is.

• Our end users have may/will have different document types used within the business at Insights.
• Offering a customized experience that speaks the business language...thus making the system more manageable and usable.
• Increased end user experience.
• Ability for DS Developers to provide solutions (not work-arounds) to their end user community.
