Hi all! Would you be willing to share how your institution is currently using RON? We are currently not utilizing any online notary and are looking at potentially using this for at minimum consumer loans. Once concern we would love to hear how you tackled is in person closings, do you send via docusign for processing or do you send those the old fashion way for processing? One painpoint we are looking to clean up is the length of time it takes for the physical loan docs to get back to processing to get worked and scanned. Any information would be helpful!
