Signature Block with Four Common Tags

The majority of the commercial contracts we send for signature have a signature block for each signer containing the four common tags - Signature, Name, Title, and Date. Can a single tag be created or configured that includes all four tags stacked vertically so it can be dragged to the signature block rather than dragging each tag?
