Testing ID verification in Taiwan

I’m testing a notary procedure between France and Taiwan :

Please enable Identity Verification (ID Verification) on my developer/demo account for testing (same account : clhoir@wanadoo.fr )

Currently only Phone Authentication is listed under Settings > Identity Verification, as seen on the screenshot below
