Question about TLS 1.3 Support for Outbound API/Webhook Connections

I’m trying to receive webhook notifications from DocuSign on my endpoint but the request fails with the error:
"The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."

My Azure web App Service to supports TLS 1.3 minimum. DocuSign webhook requests fail when attempting to connect.

Does DocuSign support TLS 1.3 for webhooks? If not, is there a workaround or fix to make this work?

the referred release notes mention 1.3 support within eSignature, nothing about webhooks/connect.

And yeah, webhooks are still not working when 1.3 is enforced

Is there any update as to when TLS 1.3 support for webhooks will be available? We have a customer requirement that only TLS 1.3 be used, and is blocking production release.
