How to add freetext token in adobe for successfactors that will send docusign

Normaly I am user adobe pdf to prepare a form and add tocken such as  DocuSignDateSigned , DocuSignSignHere and for existing fields in souccessfactors I would put token like  FirstName LastName to like after with Manage document template mapping

But we need to put a freetext box in a document where the employee can write what they want

How can we do it please?
