Hey@Veerabhadra,If you are using JWT Grant to execute your authentication process, please be sure that you are providing a valid User ID on “sub” parameter in your assertion payload.If the User ID value is incorrect (wrong UUID, targeting a user in another enviroment or anything like) it might trigger thisuser_not_founderror message.Please check if this is enough to fix your issue.😎
