Dashboard not showing for all in CLM

Question

my dashboard setting have it chared with everyone on the account but not all can see it.  any ideas?

Hello ​@mshealyIf reports are added to the dashboard, it's possible that certain groups or users may not have the necessary access to view those reports.Thanks!
