Timezone Issue

Hi there, 

I’ve recently had clients signing documents (we are in the Eastern Time Zone - EST), but when I receive the documents back (signed and completed) from my clients, they are being stamped with the Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) time zone for some odd reason. 

Is this something I can control on my end? Or something on their side of things? I read through a similar post on the community here but no answer was provided. Any assistance would be helpful.

This is something the sender can control in their account settings in DocuSign eSignature.

This DocuSign Support article will help you to configure the timezone as desired.
