Inquiry: STAP for Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM)

Hello Partner Team,

We’ve reviewed the Trust & Security pages and the two existing STAPs (eSignature STAP & CLM STAP) and appreciate Docusign’s rigorous compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, CFR §11, IRAP, etc.). Our enterprise customers must complete security questionnaires before procurement and are now evaluating the Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM)—including new AI-driven features.

Questions:

  1. Is there a dedicated STAP for IAM and its AI capabilities?

  2. Which team should we contact to obtain or request this document?

  3. What is the expected timeline for publishing IAM/AI compliance attestations?
