Docusign & zapier

Hi everyone, I want to set up an automation in Zapier that every Trello card opened in a certain list will open a new document for signature for that customer.The problem is that I build the template in Docusign, it asks me to add an email to the template and then every time I use this template the signature will be the email I chose in the first place when I created the template. Hope I'm clear.By and large, my goal is to create a draft from a template and then send it to the client via docusign, I know it can be done automatically, but I still want to see the document first.

Date setting not upating

The default date Month/day/Year is confusing ie in New Zealand we a day month year I have tried many times in setting to change this to DAY/MONTH/YEAR TEAMS we are looking at setting up I have an account am I admin?… I cant see share templateAlso tried to share a template with with my PA how has a month trial and her name and email cant be found Thanks for you help

Is there any default field customization?

Aside from the font size and color, is there a way to change the field’s border and background colors? I do not always want a border and white background. Also, can such modification be done as a default setting or for multiple fields at once?

DocuSign User Interface

Hi,Do any of you know if DocuSign has sent out a communication regarding some changes in the user interface? I noticed today that there have been some slight changes in layout and changes to certain functionalities. For example, 'Manage' is now 'Agreements,' 'New' is now 'Start,' etc. If there is a communication about this change, would you be able to share it with me or let me know where to locate the document? Everyone can see Everyone Else's Templates

Everyone can see everyone else’s templates the moment a template is created, even if a mistake. How do we ensure templates are not shared with everyone unless we mean them to be? Is there a way to do this on the account level and not on the individual user level, e.g. to force users to declare who they are sharing with, or the template isn’t shared with anyone, e.g. to default to no one shares with anyone unless they affirmatively select for that template to be shared and say who with?

Document Custom Field Restriction

Is there a way to disallow a user from creating their own document custom fields on templates? As far as I can tell, if they can create templates, they can also create the custom fields (which makes sense). But, in order to try to standardize and eliminate the ‘junk’, we would like to control this a little better with some pre-configured fields. Is anyone aware of a way to do this?Thank you. Susan

Can not sign

I am trying to do what I always do the last years... Received on my email a word doc which I want to open directly through DocuSign...sign it and share it through WhatsApp...HAVE DONE THAT HUNDREDS of time literally.Only that last time it says no more envelopes left or something like that.I just want to sign nothing else and as far as I know signing is free...would appreciate any help from anyone.

How do I set up template to pre-upload folks info with necessary information in specific areas of the form?

I have a template set-up but is there any way we can skip the process of having external folks do anything with the form? We're thinking of automatically exporting the folk’s data, then pre-upload their info to the form with all the information in it, bulk sign and send them out. How do we set this up? Do we have to have that bulk list ready to set up those automations?

Finastra Deposit Pro, DocuSign and Topaz Signature Pad

We are trying to implement the ability for customers to sign documents generated in Finastra Deposit Pro using a Topaz signature pad. We have followed instructions from Finastra, DocuSign and Topaz, however when generating the documents in Deposit Pro and choosing to send esign export the documents are being sent to the customer’s email and not the signature pad. Any help would be appreciated.

Search for an envelope by only knowing a specific field in the envelope

By using Web Form, I have set up a process where an employee needs to find an envelope using information from a specific field in the webform (an adress field). I’ve tried to use the the advanced search option to include a search for custom fields, but this does ot seem to work. Any ideas?

New User Sign and Print Questions

As a very new user we have a few questions. Our accountant requires a DocuSign signature prior to submitting annual income tax returns. We have setup a DocuSign account but have the following questions:Two of our adopted signatures were originally uploaded files of our actual signatures. However, one of the signatures displays extremely small (it is a little longer) on the signed document. Is there a way to enlarge the signature in DocuSign so it is more legible on the signed document? How do we download the documents from our account? We can see the signed documents, but when trying to download we get a webpage indicating a lack of authentication. When creating our account for the community, it does not ask us to setup a password. Is that normal?Thank you so much for any assistance.

Waiting for Others documents moved

I have a handful of documents I have sent have not been signed by the recipients yet. I have always found them under “Waiting for Others” but this morning had disappeared. After some searching, I found them under “Action Required.” The default prompt is now “Sign” rather than “Resend” but I am the 3rd signer and unable to do anything even when I click sign (nor do I want to sign before others). This happened even for a document I just created and sent - it immediately went to the “Action Required” section, even though it is definitely waiting for others. What is going on and how do I correct this? I have already cleared my cache and cookies.

Stopping the pop up tool tips when creating an envelope.

Even when I have gone through all the pop up tool tips when creating an envelope, they still appear with each new envelope. I checked through all settings and don’t see anywhere where these tips can be disabled. It’s very annoying and time consuming to keep clicking on the X to make them go away!Thanks in advance!
