Cannot complete POC and cannot get proper support :(

We have very unique case, our developer (who has zero experience with Docosign but tens of years of development experience with salesforce) has spent a month trying to implement DocoSign with no sucess.
Without successful POC, my managers won’t agree to purchase the product, without paid account we can get only a minimal assistance via the chat, sending links to articles and videos that we already reviewed and familiar with.
I really believe that DocoSign is the best solution for our use case, but the frustration is killing my initiative.
I am in a dead lock.
Any suggestions?

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! I can understand how discouraging it is to spend a month working on an implementation and still feel stuck.
To help move things forward, could you share more details about the specific issue you're encountering? For example:

  • Are you using the DocuSign API, Salesforce integration, or another integration method?
  • Are you receiving any error messages?
  • Which part of the implementation is failing (authentication, sending envelopes, embedded signing, webhooks, etc.)?

If you're still in the evaluation/POC stage and don't have a paid account, you can continue using a Developer (sandbox) account to test and validate your integration before purchasing.
We're happy to help review the details of your use case and point you in the right direction once we know a bit more about the roadblock you're facing.
