We have very unique case, our developer (who has zero experience with Docosign but tens of years of development experience with salesforce) has spent a month trying to implement DocoSign with no sucess.
Without successful POC, my managers won’t agree to purchase the product, without paid account we can get only a minimal assistance via the chat, sending links to articles and videos that we already reviewed and familiar with.
I really believe that DocoSign is the best solution for our use case, but the frustration is killing my initiative.
I am in a dead lock.
Any suggestions?
