I was signed up to a loan contract I never actually signed. The finance company are refusing to give me certain docs pertaining to the loan. On the loan agreement they did send, it is docusigned. It has an envelope ID, but should there be an IP address to track location or how can I prove it is a forged doc?
I have multiple documents in my envelope, one of them is signed. I want to replace one that has not been signed yet. Is there a way to do this?
We have a signer who is getting looped to the top of the envelope when he tries to sign any page below page 6. There are 5 places for him to sign. He signs the 1st, then scrolls to the next and when trying to sign it takes him back up to the 1st again. Ideas as to what could be happening?
I have an Adobe document with embedded signature and date fields. When I pull that into Docusign, the signature field comes over perfect and functions as intended. The date field comes over as optional text. Is there any way, other than dragging in a docusign field to each document, to made the date field auto populate in Docusign?

I have a Minor Consent Form that only ages 14-17 can use. Is there a way to use a date field of their birth date to limit entries between that (rolling) 4-year period? Eg. someone too young, say 13 or younger, or, someone too old, 18 or older cannot continue. If I cannot solely use the date field of their birthday via formula to accomplish this, is there a way that I can list 2 date fields that automatically update between that 4-year window and say something like, “Your birthday must fall between Date and Date to use this Consent Form” and tie the birthdate field in via formula so if the birthdate field is outside of that range, it will flag/not let them complete the field and stop the Envelope process. I do have Formula access to my account but am unsure of the best way to accomplish this. If someone has a different Idea to accomplish this or a variant of the process, I am all ears. Hello, I have a template that I can get to match for template matching at 78% using IDR. I need to get this over 80% so our users can see it as the default is set to 80%. I know i can ask users to lower their preference for matching but i should not have to. The document matched 100% before and was only replaced with a new document that added 2 lines.I have moved the IDR to multiple places and added multiple IDR to the document. Adding more IDR seems to make it worse and not better as my percentage matching goes down.I have reviewed this document already Set Custom IDR ZonesAny assistance is appreciated.
I changed the name on my account in my profile but it’s still showing my middle name when I send the document to be signed. How do I remove this?This is not the signature name, it’s the name that appears From: when I send emails with documents to sign.
