Whenever I receive an email with a document signature request, if I click on the "View Document" link, I get, from my default browser, FireFox, a "Bad Request Error 400, Request Badly Formed". If I then cut and paste the link into Internet Explorer, on the same computer, it works fine.
Anyone have a suggestion as to what may be wrong with my FireFox settings? Or is it a DocuSign issue?

I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies in Firefox to see if that solves your problem.
- "Clear the Cache": Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
- "Remove the Cookies" from DocuSign: Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
