Demo send email to recipient?

Is the PHP Demo supposed to send an email to the recipient when the Envelope is created?

I'm not getting an email to the recipient email...until I sign the document.

When I check the status of the envelope...the 'delivered' property is empty.

Please clarify what the correct behavior should be..

Oh I see now...I can toggle the Email with the "Send E-mail Invite" button.

I thought that toggled whether or not the recipient is invited to create a docusign account.

I didn't know that toggle whether or not the recipient received the document for signing.
