On February 3rd, DocuSign will launch our latest release of the global standard for eSignature to help you finish business faster. Our enhancements will help you and your customers more easily sign documents so you can further reduce transaction times to increase speed to revenue, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction with DocuSign.
DocuSign will be releasing the following enhancements on February 3rd based on feedback from customers, partners, developers, and employees:
- DocuSign for SharePoint – Send and sign documents for electronic signature directly from Microsoft SharePoint 2010.
- DocuSign for SugarCRM – Now with support for SugarCRM Professional Edition and the Quotes module.
- DocuSign for Microsoft Dynamics – Now with support for for Microsoft Dynamics on-premise editions.
- Time Zone Configuration – Now you can set your time zone in Preferences. DocuSign will use your preferred time zone when displaying dates and times for envelope activity. NOTE: Certificate of Completion and History are shown in the envelope sender’s time zone.
- Email Notification Options – Now you can manage DocuSign email notifications preferences. You can disable email notifications if you prefer to just log in to DocuSign to check your activity.
- Groups – Set up groups of DocuSigners in your account, making it easier to set and update user permissions and to share templates.
- User Permissions Profiles – With DocuSign User Permissions Profiles you can expedite the setup of user permissions. You can use the three standard profiles (Administrator, Sender, and Viewer) and create new profiles to suit your needs. User permissions can also be applied to a group of users to ensure consistency of permissions.
- Template Sharing – Easily and quickly manage template sharing from the Manage tab. Select your templates from the list, select Share from the menu, then select the DocuSigners and groups who will have access. Similarly, you can select which DocuSigners and groups a template is shared with when creating a template.
- Tamper Seal Update – DocuSign will digitally sign each document downloaded from DocuSign with a digital signature that is automatically trusted by Acrobat (“All signatures are valid.”). The Tamper Seal indicates that the electronic signature is valid and that the document has not been tampered with in any way since it was downloaded from DocuSign.
- DocuSign Ink for Android – The world’s first personal electronic signature is now available in the Android Marketplace to help individuals finish personal business faster to get on with the business of life.
